Eugene Evergreen Escape sleeps 9 guests across three bedrooms and a downstairs social room. The master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom two has a queen, and bedroom three has a twin-over-queen bunk. The social room downstairs adds a queen murphy bed, plus its own kitchenette and popcorn bar.

Our short term rental is located in Eugene's Friendly neighborhood. It is under a 10 minute drive to the University of Oregon campus, Autzen Stadium and Hayward Field. We are also convenient to world class hiking, biking, fishing and the local ale and wine trail.

Our guests love our family friendly amenities including a game room with vintage arcade games, modern video game console, ping pong, basketball toss and professional foosball table. There is a children's playhouse in the backyard and yard games to boot. The social room is a great gathering place to pop some popcorn and watch a movie.

Guests are encouraged to take full advantage of the barrel sauna and relax by the fire table. There are multiple flat screen TVs including one on the patio to catch the game. You will have access to a fully stocked chef's kitchen and coffee bar. The social room has a listening corner complete with record player and a curated vinyl selection.

The driveway safely accommodates two standard vehicles or four compact cars. Street parking is also available.

Early check-in and late check-out are both available upon request for a $75 fee. The additional charge allows us to cover the extra turnover staff.

Cancellations 30 or more days before check-in get a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Between 16 and 30 days out, you get 50% of rent and tax back plus all other fees, minus 5%. Inside 15 days, rent and tax aren't refundable, but other fees are, minus 5%. There are no refunds for early departure, weather, or construction.

Pets are not allowed at Eugene Evergreen Escape. Service animals, as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, are allowed to accompany Guests during their stay. Service animals must be individually trained to perform a task for the benefit of an individual with a disability.

The space is fantastic for intimate and tasteful get togethers. We have hosted small weddings, wellness retreats, family reunions and holiday dinners. The space is not well suited for raucous house parties and we ask our guests to be respectful of the neighborhood, neighbors, and parking. Inquire here for event space rentals.
