By accessing or using our Site, booking accommodations, or providing your contact information, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings are processed through Hostfully. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe for the total booking amount, including applicable taxes, fees, and any selected upgrades.

3. Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing, and the guest is responsible for verifying receipt in writing from us. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

• Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund.
• More than 30 days from check-in: Full refund of rent, tax, and fees, less a 5% processing fee.
• 30 to 16 days from check-in: 50% refund of rent and tax, 100% refund of other fees, less a 5% processing fee.
• 15 days or less from check-in: Full forfeiture of the rent and tax. 100% refund of other fees, less a 5% processing fee.
• No refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, construction activity, inclement weather, or reduction in nights.

If the home becomes unavailable or unsuitable for rent, our liability is limited to the return of all monies paid at time of cancellation.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must be at least 25 years old and be present at the home for the entire duration of the stay. A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon request. Guests are responsible for the actions of all occupants and visitors. Reservations made under false pretenses or by individuals with prior violations of our rental agreement may be canceled with full forfeiture.

5. Additional Services and Products

We offer optional upgrades such as early check-in and late check-out, as well as occasional birthday, romance, or family fun packages. These add-ons are subject to availability.

6. Fees and Charges

Bookings include a cleaning fee and a damage waiver fee. All fees will be clearly listed during the checkout process.

7. Email Collection and Communication

By submitting your email, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications. If you wish to opt out of promotional messages please email admin@leschaletsstays.com.

8. Privacy
